Had the opportunity to experience OCC during its first year of existence. Not for me, the undisciplined, so the Draft Board decided that they knew exactly what I needed. After training, my two major duty stations were Ft. Rucker, AL and Mannheim, Germany.
After the Army, attended MSU where classmate and brother draftee, Bud (Richard) Rogers and I were roommates. Our Basic Training Unit also included classmates, Dan Carson, Dan Dawson, Andy Osip and Ross Bianchette.
Married classmate Linda Gancia and had a son, Chris, who passed away in 2000 at age 33.

llow me to travel to Japan, Taiwan, Korea and China. Finance Industry allowed me to eat regular meals and have a roof over my head.
Although I have lived in FL, CA, northern and southern, and AZ, I keep returning to MI which allows me to carp about winter weather.

On March 24,2018, Bev and I had dinner at Bill Kruse's ('66) restaurant, Kruse & Muer on Woodward in RO. We ran into Bob Olson,(63) and Ed Norton (64), along with their spouses. I think Kimball graduated it's first class in '57, so we represented 40% of the classes in the history of our school, up to our graduation, in one chance meeting. To top it off, all of us lived on the same street. Small world!
