Ron Haynes November 22, 2023 Note from Ron: Despite rumors I've heard of my demise, your Class of 1980 Student Body/Council (Pres)ident is still alive & doing reasonably well! I graduated from UNC-G w/a BFA (Bad Fukin' Attitude!) in Acting & Directing the winter of 1988. Then it took me 8 yrs but I earned my Actor's Equity Association union card for stage actors and managers, while based in Chicago. It's on ice but I can still audition on Broadway, ha! n a Mental Health Counselor. I'm an LCMHC in NC & an LPC in VA. I'm currently unemployed (hire me while you can, ha!) but diligently working to correct that. However, I do work p/t for Betterhelp. Need splendid counseling therapy? Well, look no further! I'm happily in my 2nd marriage with Cathy Haynes, after my 1st wife passed away from lung cancer complications in the summer of 2016. God is so good. Let go, let God! I love y'all and wish you the very best in life. Many paths, same destination...
