Life I married at 21 had 2 great kids and was divorced by 29. My ambulance schedule provided me lots of time to be with my children who were and are the light of my life. Rural ambulance work was tremendously exciting and scarry at the sametime. I was able to meet wonderful people and there is no reward like helping someone in there darkest day. While working for Grande Prairie Ambulance I was able to fullfill my dreams of flying by doing many medivacs and finally earning my private pilots license. Unfortunately it is a very expensive sport that I soon could not afford but at leat I acheived a dream. One of the biggest hightlights of my life was to have the opportunity to join three mission trips to Guatemala, twice for medical missions and once for a building project on the ministries school. These trips changed my life and I have a special place in my heart for Guatemala and Latin America. I must do a lot more work on my Spanish.
