Ron's Story
Life
Moved to So. Cal in '71.
Married in '72. 2 great kids (Kris '75, Krystal '76) Divorced in '82.
Met Ginny and married her in '84. 3 kids later (5 total!) , Rebecca '88, Ronnie '89, Lindsay '91.
After a 6 month stint working for "Teen Challenge", I worked as a youth pastor until I figured out I really couldn't stand teenagers. I've been in the construction business since '86 where I served an apprenticeship as a cabinet maker and then managed a small shop for a while. Eventually, I moved into doing doors, frames and hardware for commercial construction figured out that this was what I'm to do. In '96 we started ...Expand for more
our own business, New Century Door, Inc and in '99 also started Command Access Technologies, LLC, a fabricator of electrified hardware. We have been blessed. And despite my earlier experiences with teenagers, I have found out that I really do love them.....especially if they're mine. My life, while busy with work, really centers around my wife and kids. Sadly, they're slowing moving off and on to their own lives. Now what? Oh yeah! Ginny and I are getting to try some things we've always wanted to do. We've fished in Alaska (something I wanted) and enjoy visiting a winery we're part owners in (something we both wanted).
