Ron's Story

In '65 I understand I was the 1st person from Vance County to go to Vietnam in a combat capacity. Thankfully, I made it home and settled in Greensboro where I had a paint company, a farm, and a restaurant called Forever Charlies. I sold everything and moved to Raleigh in '81, went back to school and received an AAS in Acoounting, a BS in Business, and an MS CIS. I met my w...Expand for more
ife at Wake Tech Community College. I did consulting and was the lead instructor in Computers until retirement in 2005. Having a houseboat on Kerr Lake, we then moved back to Henderson at Kerr Lake CC on the 16th fairway and I've taken up golf. I also keep busy doing educational software, but don't let it intefere with my getting out on the course or down to the lake! 8o))
