Ronald's Story

I retired and moved to Hawaii in 1997 and am now living in Waikiki. I married a Japanese lady on my 33rd birthday and we divorced 22 years later. I had lived in Tokyo, Japan for a total of 18 years, Los Angeles for a total of 15 years, San Francisco for 2 years, Detroit for 5 years and now Honolulu 12 years. I was in the Army for 3 years and the Air Force for 4 years. While in the Air Force I spent time in Korea and Japan. I had over 20 jobs during my working career with a variety of job titles such as: Computer Specialist, Director of Administration, Office Manager, Computer Programming Instructor, Computer Operator, RPG...Expand for more
Programmer, Asst. DP Manager, Operations Manager, Photo Lab Storekeeper, Costing Clerk, Personnel Clerk, Records Clerk, Asst. Store Manager, Computer Financial Forms Designer, which was my last job at a Financial Law Office in Troy, MI from Nov. 1993 to Feb. 1997. You can find me on Facebook under Ronal Hardy. The reason for my first name change is because when I was born at home on Adams Street in Jackson our family doctor did not put the D on my first name on my birth certificate "Ronal Dean Hardy" so when I joined the Army I had to start using Ronal and I never did have it corrected. It makes for a good story.
