Ronald's Story

I'm listed as a friend at Fairfield, Hueytown and Minor High School's but didn't graduate from either. Had to quit school in 1957 for personal and family reasons. Joined the US Army in 1958, got my GED and State of Alabama High School Diploma while serving and Retired in 1980. I married a lovely girl from West End who had two (2) children. Son who will be retiring from the US Navy in February, 2010. (Really proud of him). From 1980 to present I went to Jefferson State, worked in purchasing, warehouse management and several production jobs. I lost my wife of 40 years in September 2009. Like most people I have had my ups and downs, but all in all have had a wonderful life without regrets.
