Finding happiness is the ability to adapt. There's always good and bad to be found in everything; look for the good. It's easier to smile than to frown, and by doing so you can fool many people into believing you are happy, even yourself. When it's hard to think of yourself in a good way, do it anyway, if you don't no one will. Is this about me? Should be and for the most part it is. A prayer for me is always a good idea.
