Ronald's Story
Very happily married for 32+ years to Vicki Grauer, a fantastic child therapist who is also is my business partner in our private mental health practice in Franklin, Massachusetts. We moved to Providence, RI from No. Chelmsford in 1995 and absolutely love the city — warts and all ;-)
After 30+ years in sr. management in public and private human services I left for a "new career" and worked for the investment arm of State Street Bank for 12 years.

medium-sized health and social services companies in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. I feel like I've returned to my "sweet-spot" in terms of what gives me real enjoyment at work, helping manager/leaders help people. My wife Vicki and I retired for about 2 weeks in 2018, agreed we needed to do something together that we love, and started The Franklin Center for Human Services, a private mental health practice in Franklin, MA focused on children, adolescents and their families. We've grown from just the two of us to a soon to be three employees, and yes we love it.
