Life
After graduating from Cal I moved to Sacramento and worked for the Legislature for 10 years. Then I was a member of the State Water Resources Control Board for 6 years and was Director of the State Department of Water Resources from 1975-83. I graduated from law school in 1967 and was appointed...Expand for more
a judge in 1983. I served for 19 years on the Sacramento Municipal and Superior Courts. Since 2002 I have been an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeal, 3rd District.
My wife Lynn and I were married in 1958 and we have two kids, Todd and Melissa and 4 grandkids - Charles, Dylan, Megan and Zoey
