Ronald's Story
Let's See: After leaving school, I went to work for Grants department store for a year. I then joined a company called House of Westmore. I worked myself up through the ranks from material handler to Sr. Tech. When I saw the company going under, I put my application in for IBM.
Where I also worked myself up through the ranks. I started in manufacturing in 1978 and went on to engineering, to IS, to Networking. I stayed with IBM till 2007 when I retired. I made it all the way to Networking Planner. In Sept.2007 I joined Quest Diagnostics as a courier Driver, My Wife Barbara, has also retired and I got her a job working with me as a driver. as instant love at first sight. We met May 20th., got engaged August 2nd and married the following year Oct.18,1975. We have 4 beautiful daughters and 4 great sons-in-laws and they gave us 6 beautifull grand kids. 4 girls, 2 boys, so far. And good news I am no longer shy with people lol. I am glad for that. I ran for office for President of the Bethlhem Rod & gun Club a 400 member group and I won two years in a row till I stepped down to do other things. As a follow up I teach computer Lanugages and applications and I also do Pc repair and building. I owe a lot to my dear Friend Richard Roos who always helped me in school with accounting machines, and he never let me give up or fall down.
