Rose's Story
Life
Hi Friends! It's been a long time. I graduated from LIU in 1970 and played for their varsity basketball and tennis teams. Starting in 1970, I began my teaching career at Seward Park High School in lower Manhattan. At Seward, I coached the girls' varsity basketball, tennis and fencing teams and remained there for 22 years. rograms. From 2002-2004 I was supervisor of health and physical education at the Petrides School. I retired in July of 2004 and am enjoying my new-found free time at my home in Middlesex County in New Jersey. I am active in my community and coached 8th grade boys in the townships rec program this past year. I am in a committed relationship for 21 years and my partner is a teacher in the Jersey school system. I look forward to hearing from former students and colleagues!!
