Thank you ALL for your sweet birthday wishes! I am working on enjoying yet another b'day...and made myself a fruit pizza using Emily Mainquist's recipe from Sweet Vegan.
As I continue to enjoy your happy birthday wishes, I am also continuing my quest to enjoy; while it doesn't look exactly like Emily Mainquist's Sweet Vegan Chocolate Ganache Cake, i'm hoping it'll still taste choco-licious!
