Retiring from IBM, after nearly 27 years of service, I have learned to embrace life even more now than ever. Things most important to me now are less financial and tangible. The love of my wife and children, a bright disposition to greet each day fresh and the mindful health which to enjoy it are at the top of the list. Certainly, my physical yoga practice is important to me. But as a practicing Integrative Yoga Therapist reaching upward to accept the love of God rings louder now.
