Russ's Story
Attended Coronado HS 1974-1978
I was one of the band members - played trumpet, but no longer.
My brother Mike also attended Coronado but graduated in '73 - he played football.
We both moved to Oregon to attend REED college in the sciences, and I've been living in Portland OR ever since.
I got a BA in organic chemistry but never really worked in the field. I decided I was not careful enough to work in that particular field.

I am martied and have a 13 year old son Eli (got a late start :-))
I got into sports in college and played rugby at the club level for many years. Even travelled overseas to play some tournaments and played competetive touch rugby until 2011.
Love the outdoors and have a crew of friends that whitewater raft regularly.
Still remember a few friends from coronado but not many, but still have some fond memories from back then.
