Russ's Story
After years of bachelorhood, I tied the knot three years ago. My wife Karen brings joy to my life, and she has been the best thing to happen to me.
After high school, I earned a BS in Communications from Cal Poly, Pomona. For the next 20+ years I worked in the software and high-tech industry, doing everything from technical writing & training to web design & development to marketing & product development.

career in business development in the heavy civil and transportation construction industry.
Eight years ago, for the fun of it, I earned a MA in theology.
I took advantage of my single years and did some traveling--which has continued since we got married.
While I noticed many of you already have grandchildren, we're expecting our first child! I'm told I'm the perennial late-bloomer.
So far, my 40s has been the best decade of my life....
