Russell's Story
Life
I have found that life can be great just sitting back and letting things happen. But I found that life was better when I grabbed the bull by the horns and made it what I wanted it to be. I believe good things come when you do the right thing continuosly. I also believe that you have to believe in yourself. Is Destiny created or pre-ordained?
I know that over these last 20 + years that I still refer to things learned while at Oneonta and continue to travel down a really cool road. 4 kids later and a little less hair, I don't feel much differen...Expand for more
t. I know I would not be where I am today without the experiences, though brief, I had in Oneonta. It solidified who I was and made me stop wasting time and become truley honest with who I was and what I wanted to do with my life.
Oneonta also allowed me to meet a very special person in my life that inspired me and helped me become who I am today. I was only there for one year, but I lived life to the fullest.
Oneonta will always remain a special place in my heart. I am a better person for having attended and having met so many great people.
