I'm an Apostolic Pentecostal Christian, and have loved the Lord with all of my heart since He found me and helped me out of the pit of life that I had lived in 24x7x365. I heard the Gospel message and repented unto God over my terrible life. He forgave me, and I was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and received the gift of the Holy Spirit like many did in the Bible in the book of "Acts". Instantly gone was the anger, bitterness, confusion, hopelessness, and unforgiveness that lived in my heart. Gone were the drugs, alcohol, and one-night stands. It's all been replaced with faith, hope, love, joy, and peace in my relationship with Jesus Christ! I met my wife Jennifer at a church Labor day picnic; we were married in July of '89 and had our first child, Rachel, in November of '91. Emily followed in July of '96. We have lived in the Historical District of Newark, Ohio since 1992. The street we live on has lots of old and beautiful mansions on it. Ours is a modest Dutch Colonial just the right size for us, which we purchased at a Sheriff's auction on the cheap (and have now spent a ton of time and money 'upgrading', which has been painful - I cut my left index finger off at one point, but it's ok - the Doc reattached it). We paid off the mortgage Christmas 2005, and now live completely debt free. My wife's landscaping abilities has landed our home on the ann...Expand for more
