r in the Dept of Surgery at the Hospital of the Univ of Penn in Philly. Our research centered on preserving myocardial function during ischemia (helping people survive heart attacks) I was also very privileged to be a part of pioneering work in the field or P-31 NMR, now known as MRI. I also provided graphic arts and photography services for the Dept of Surgery at HUP (yeah, I lied on my resume to get this one). In 1984 I had the honor of moving to a position working for the world renowned Dr. Maria Delivoria-Papadopoulos in the Depts. of Neonatology and Physiology at Penn. This position involved managing the lab as well as performing studies of cerebral circulation in newborns. In 1990 I moved to the pharmaceutical industry with a position at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer in King of Prussia PA. I was once again in the cardiovacular field. After about 2 years I moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, continuing with similar research. In 1995 I left pharmaceutical research to start my own business. Owned a mobile home park and laundromat for about 25 years. Retired in 2021 which gives me time for golf, bowling, guitar playing and traveling. Looking forward to the years ahead.
