Russell's Story
Life
I got to travel to the Philippines this fall. It was quite an adventure and I want to go back. I am now engaged to my friend Aying, and I am working to bring her to the USA. It is very difficult to do! I now have many friendships in the Philippines.

Military
I was in the army;1973-1976, mainly at Fort Hood, Texas. I was a Sgt Bilko type, a complete screw off. Partied all the time. If I had been sent into combat, well, I shudder to think!
I got out of going overseas by paying off a personnel clerk, but I did get an honorable discharge and a coomendation medal, so I must have done something right!
