Life
Remember the kid who walked around the Strathmore halls the end of her freshman year with a broken nose, because her horse had fallen with her and then stepped on her face? That was me. Didn't slow me down for long, though, and I went on to have a pretty successful run with horse training in a lot of different sports and levels before some old neck injuries started slowing me down in 1998.By then, I had found a direction with music that suited me well, and worked harder than eve...Expand for more
r to get that to work for me. Now, I tour the country performing at Cowboy and Western Music festivals, concert halls, and folk venues, performing the songs of the west I've written. I was the 2005 Academy of Western Artists Female Vocalist of the year, 2005 Western Music Association Crescendo Award Winner, And 2006 Western Music Association Female Vocalist of the Year.
