1975 - 1995 w/ Mark "Gonzo" Summers out of Bicycle Exchange Dallas. Sponsors Torker/CDI; Co-Hutch; Factory Cook Bros. Did the ABA Summer Tour for 2 1/2 months in '78 at the age of 15 (wouldn't let my son travel the U.S.A today like we did), won the Grand Nationals in '81, raced mountain bikes- did the Iditabike in '88 and started Team Shock Cycling Club- USCF "Cycling Club of the Year". Left Bicycle Exchange in '90 to be a rep for Raleigh Bicycle Company- left in '04 as regional manager and started my own company Backyard Retreat. Married Jennifer Dunkin- SGHS in '86. We have two boys; Spencer 19 and we lost Sean our oldest son at 23 on Oct. 1st 2011- RIP son...".
