Ruth's Story
Married, God has blessed us with 10 children, half of whom are married now, twin girls are in college, Autumn and April,
and Ashley, my 9th, is a junior at Brandywine HS this fall, and our youngest, Austin, is a Soph this fall at Wilmington Christian School. We have 8, going on 9 grandchildren.... My husband and I live in the house I grew up in (my parents sold us the house). I have been singing pretty much all of my life, in church, at weddings, and for special occasions.
I love mothering my last 2 at home, although they will be flying out of the nest soon, as the others have... Spending as much time with them as I can, now, taking up the opportunities!!! I was chosen Mother of the Year for Delaware in 2007, which I was surprised with. Love ...Expand for more
being with grandchildren, who I babysit for 3 days a wk. I also teach piano lessons on the side. I'm also pretty involved with our church, which has programs for childen as well as every age! My husband, Glenn, and I are very busy there, and love it! Our oldest boy started and owns GFedale Roofing and siding Contractors, which keeps all my boys busy. It is expanding quickly, and God is blessing it beyond our imagination! I love all sorts of things, from gardening in the summer time, to making bread and apple pie in the fall, shopping is fun at any time, the beach, we love, sewing is fun , although not much time to even think of it, I would love to connect with friends from high school! Looking forward to our h.s. reunion! Should be so fun!
