Ruth's Story

Just a little update. I have been back in Kansas since 2012. As Dave's health failed he wanted to be around family so we came home. He passed in Nov. 2013. I am now in Valley Center near 2 of our children and the 3rd one is Independence. We have 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. But I refuse to be OLD. I am enjoying time watching the younger grandchildren in their...Expand for more
activities and playing with great-grands and spending some time with my Midwestern friends. After being retired for over 7 years I have gone back to work part=time as a legal assistant. Quite a change from my 38 year career doing accounting functions for flour mills. I miss my Arizona friends and activities and maybe I will move back someday. Who knows. For now, life is good.
