Ruth's Story

Married to the same man for over 46 years. Two sons and two grandchildren. Retired from social services for over 11 years. Husband retired from military in 1981. Husband currently battling cancer and is in remission at this time. We love to travel. I always wanted to be a mother when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right. I share my home with pets, which I find sometimes a chore, but most times alot of fun. ...Expand for more
Doing alot of walking My hero is my mom. She overcame alot of adversity in her life, and faced death with dignity. We have lived so many places, while being in the military. All over the world and the states. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Betty Peluso, because We had some fun times together in school, and I thought of her as a really good friend. I really miss talking to her.. I'd like to see Mr Martin, because I owe him an apology.
