Ruth's Story
I studied to teach because I loved to learn and reasoned that by being a teacher, I would always continue to learn.
I never realized in those days that that was a personal choice. I am still learning today. I. Hope I.will always find something new to discover in this world. I have five great sons who are independent and professionals. I love my grandchildren immensely. I will soon have my sixth. ontinental states, save Alaska. I taught math for 25+ years and officially retired. I both volunteered and worked at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. I first lives in a retirement apartment but decided that I prefer living with all different ages. I do not drive, but I am ready to begin again someday. I can still dance and the music makes my heart sing. In fact, life in general makes my heart sing. There is just too much to enjoy in this life to slow down yet. I don't have time to be old yet.
