I have been there and done a lot of that. I am happy and regretful. I am always surprised when people from school remember me. I was not popular and all of my social activity was outside of School and with people older than myself. I went to 4 different highshools. Granda, Livermore, Skyline (in Oakland for a semester) and finally to Del Valle where I felt like, at last, I fit in somewhere. I remember feeling so excited about life. But just as often I remember some of the choices I made, and think - why would you do that Ruth? I never answer myself out loud, so that is a positive.
