Ruth's Story
After attending Takoma Jr. High I started in at Blair but one semester into the 10th, we moved into the D.C. and I actually graduated from Calvin Coolidge. But those kids were snobs and I almost missed my friends at Blair.

...do you remember Coach Carrasco? I ran into him years later...we were both living in El Psso, TX. and became good friends then. No one any longer called him "Coach" and he loved it when I did...the basketball days were his happiest years.
