Hello,
Since graduating from Withrow, I graduated from the University of Cincinnati- Teachers College- College-Conservatory of Music of Cincinnati - Bachelor of Science in Education. Taught in Bermuda Islands for a year,married & lived in Plainfield N.J. for a year, moved back to Cincy and taught Kdg. at Avondale Elem.,moved to San Diego, CA.,taught Kdg.for one year, moved to Los Angeles and taught in Pico Rivera, CA. for 13 years, went to work in the Hotel industry for 1 months-training to work in the Personnel Department.Left there after ten months and returned to teaching Middle School at Rincon in West Covina for 15 years. Married in 1969 and my son Billy, was born in 1970. Our daughter, Janine joined the family 2 years later. Began teaching in LV, NV and taught for 9 years earning another Master of Education Degree/computer emphasis. Taught in the GEAR-UP program at a middle school in the ELL program. Helping students to gear-up for college. This program was through UNLV Las Vegas campus. Presently, pursuing a ED.D-Administrator for Teaching and Learning Degree. Substituting frequently during the year for CCSD Las Vegas. Have 8 grandchildren ranging from 5-18 years of age.
