Noreen's Story
Life
I graduated from St. Nicholas in '56, Loretto Englewood 60 and De Paul University in LibArts 65. I taught for a while but worked mostly in the mortgage business and insurance. I am a retired Risk Management Specialist for an equity co. (as of late 2007).
Married over 40 years my husband and I have two grown children and four grand-children. My husband retired several years earlier than I from US Dept of Agriculture. Our daughter went to Ignatius & Drake University in Insurance/Business, and attained careers in insurance...Expand for more
and real estate. She is now even busier as a stay-in-home Mom. Her husband is an insurance Professional Liability specialist. They live in Arizona. Our son went to DePaul and he went on to act in the Smoky Mountains and Chicago. After 10 years of acting and on the board of European Repetoire Theatre, he decided to make it elsewhere and eat a few less beans and rice meals. He has a job in the insurance industry in Scotsdale, AZ. He is single. My husband and I spend retirement time split between Gilbert, AZ and Chicago, IL.
