Life
in April 1980 got married and moved to Alamogordo, N.M. . In Oct had my daughter Jennifer,(22 now) and in April 1982 had my son Russell,(21 now) got divorced in 1987.
Met a wonderful man while i was waiting tablesone day and knew i wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.He would come in for coffee untill i would get off duty. Now all my friends no what kind of a person i was in school. so they will be shocked when i tell them who this wonderful man is.
i didnt know what he did for a living for about 3 months until one day he came in for his lunch break. I almost had a heart attack. He was a city police officer. HAHAHA. I thought oh my god if my friends from school can see me now. He worked for the city till 1988 and then became the county under sheriff for 4 years then was elected sheriff in 1992 and ended his term 2002. He is the longest Sheriff this county ever had. I work as a Bartender which ive been doing for 17 yrs now, and love what im doing.
Jennifer lives in Clovis with her family, and her husband is over seas fighting this war. I have 1 granddaughter Brooke that she has been raising on her on since Dec.
Russell still lives here and works for a big dirt company and does alot of traveling in his job. well thats all i can think of saying .would love to hear from the ones i used to hang with in school
Workplace
ive been a bartender for 16 years. Love what i do, meeting different people and seeing new faces at work. Being behind the bar, you get to know people and joke, laugh, and become their friends.Listening to them talk about their day (good or bad) and make it alittle better before they leave.People that come in that are traveling through, i like to treat them as if they have always come in, and hope that if they travel again that they will come in to say hi. Love being around people and making them feel at home................
