Sally's Story
I married out of high school and had five children; three boys and two girls. Worked various jobs until I settled in sales for 30 years with various airlines. I retired from Air Canada after 9/11.
Have been single for many years and decided to make a big change in my life after retirement so I sold my home in Pacifica, where I had been for 45 years, and moved to Puerta Vallarta, Mexico in 2006 and bought a condo. It had been my dream for many years. Warm weather, friendly people, slow pace, beautiful beaches, and no property taxes!
My two Tibetan Spaniels share my life and we are a very happy and content three-some. I spend my time reading (love my Kind...Expand for more
le!), movies (especially foreign films!), Sudoku, needlepoint, and the beach.
I have 10 beautiful grandchildren all living in the Bay Area; five currently in University; one graduated and two graduating in June '11. The others on their way soon. Many visit often and I do go back to California two to three times a year to visit family, friends, and shop. We only have WalMart and Costco here so I need a Marshalls and Ross "fix" for shorts, flip-flops, bathing suits, and T-shirts; pretty much my complete wardrobe..
I was sad to see there was a 1954 Class Reunion last year that I was unaware of but plan to be around for the next one. Hope to see you there!
