Sally's Story

Life Hmmm -- let's see. I married in 1975 and had two beautiful daughters but got divorced after 17 years. I'm married to the love of my life and live in Las Cruces, NM. I have been a music teacher in various school systems for 21 years. I taught at the Catholic parochial school here (not bad for a Baptist) and loved my job. urriculum and Education, focus in Educational Technology from New Mexico State University in May 2009 the afternoon after my beautiful older daughter graduated with her Bachelor's degree. She has two beautiful children, a boy and girl, and has a great job with the National Resource Conservation Service. My younger daughter has her Master's of Operatic Performance degree from Oklahoma City University and is pursuing a career in opera. Life is good and very blessed.

This is our Bernie, who we rescued from the animal shelter 12 years ago. He has cancer and is still happy and full of love.
Celebrating both our 15th anniversary today and the last day of radiation treatment for breast cancer! I love this man.
I'm using a sneaky method to get Belle to view her travel bag as not a prison. I put snacks in it and she goes in after them. I hope it works.
