Sally's Story
Well I hope the original story I wrote disappeared, life brings changes.
I had tried to be an actress after getting a degree in Theater from UB.
But like millions of others, found it too difficult to find success in that path.
I married a man originally from Dublin and had 3 children. Unfortunately that marriage ended long ago.
I became a psychiatric nurse and semi-retired about in summer of 2017.
However there is such a need in the field, I’m still working half time.
Plus I’m not practiced at budgeting.
My daughter is married and lives in Sonoma County also.
My youngest son is at Ohio State getting his doctorate in Food Technology. And my middle child unfortunately had a serious drug problem and I’m still ...Expand for more

My dad is still on this earth and lives in Hanover, PA.
I visit every year. My sister lived there but now has places in Richmond and Herndon, VA and OC, MD. So I visit there every year also.
I’m still close with Lezlie Redmond and Larry Duffy and luckily they live not far from my family back there so I see them also.
I have always wanted to live in Florida, but I’m not sure I have the courage for hurricanes and alligators. If I leave CA, I would never afford to go back if I changed my mind! Maybe when I fully retire I can spend part of the year in FL.
I hope all my old classmates are doing well and I welcome hearing from you. I’m not on Facebook “yet”. I’ve been reluctant to enter that labyrinth.
