In 2003 I retired from law enforcement and moved to Blaine Washington where I went to the U.S. Maritime Academy and got a 100 ton near coastal Masters license.
I am the Captain of the City of Blaine's Historic passenger ferry boat ( Plover) and this is my 7th year running the ferry boat..
I Married Cecile Harper In 1991 and we have been married about 20 years now and have 7 grand children all together.
I feel blessed to have a great family and to have been able to work at jobs that I have had a passion for. I have worked with a lot of great people and am thankfull for that also.
Oh and I ride a Harley.
