Sam's Story
Life
I left Bergen County in 1969 after marrying Kathy Bechtold (Pascack Hills '68). We moved to Ohio and had three children there.
In 1975 we moved to the Dallas area and have been here ever since.
Kids are 41, 40 and 40 respectively (twin boys). We have 6 grandchildren (20, 18, 8, 7, 4 and 2.
I am a business analyst with J-W Energy Company in Addison TX. I've been with them since 2008.
Kathy and I live in a town called McKinney which is about 25 miles north of Dallas proper. We have a couple of acres in the country and we keep cats, dogs, goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs, sheep and anything else that happens to need a home.

I have only been in touch with a few people from high school: Mike Romano, Mark Hackett, John Reen and John & Darlene Darling.
(I tried one "memorable" other but boy, does she ever have a jealous husband !!)
Seems like just yesterday - Stockdales, Huffs, the Dairy Queen, A&P parking lot the bowling alley and (Mike and Mark will know this one) OP!
Life goes on but memories linger forever. Thank God for that!
I've been "many people" since I left Bergen County; most of whom I don't like. I'm a new person now and spend my life living to honor and glorify The Lord.
