I live in Vancouver with my wife (of 30years) Mildred and our youngest daughter Rebecca. My oldest daughter is the mother of my Granddaughter Destiny.Destiny is 2-1/2 years old and love to attend Tribal events.
I'm now serving as the Vice Chairman of the Chinook Indian Nation.This curently a volenteer job as we are fighting for our Federal restoration.This has been a battle for over 30 years.
My family and I have traveled with our canoe family for the past two years. We will cover over 200 miles in a 10 day period.The Trbal Journey is a spiritualy uplift...Expand for more
ing as well as relaxing.We tend to be in the canoes anywhere from 6 to 9 hour a day.Each day we visit other tribes and they then join us on the journey. At the end there are over 80 canoes on shore.
One of these days we will succeede in our journey for Restoration and I will move to the coast to work for the tribe full time.I have been in volved with building a replica Plankhouse at the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge. If any of you get a chance please visit it.(The website is Plankhouse.org)
