Samantha's Story
Life
Hello,
Thank you for visiting.
In 1984 I met my future husband. He went to school with me for 3 years and we had never met. He did however know both of my sisters and still asked me out. We married 2 years later in Las Vegas. We spent some time in North Carolina and then moved to California. Our first born was added to our family in 1988. We named him Carlilse Daniel after family relatives. "Carey" prefers his nickname. 1989 our daughter (Patricia Jeanine, also named for family) was born. We called her PJ, but at almost 15 now, she prefers "Tricia".
In 1992 we moved back to North Carolina and stayed for about five years. Rebekah DeLayne was born there in 1996 and as much of a surprise she may have been, she has brought us a lot of joy.
We moved to Michigan at Christmastime in 1996 and have been back ever since.
Currently we reside in Clinton Township and the kids are in the Chippewa Val...Expand for more

Workplace
Right now I am currently working for Wal*Mart, Inc.. I started working for them in July of 2000. I started as a photo technician and quickly worked my way into a management position by June 2001. I started in the Warren store on 12 mile and Van Dyke. When the Chesterfield store opened I was a part of the opening team there. Currently I am at the Shelby Township store on 23 mile road by Van Dyke Expressway. I have taken on the Connection Center where we sell contract phones for Sprint, Cingular and T-Mobile. We also sell the contracts for Direct TV and XM Radio along with the components for xm.
The Photo Center is one of the best places I have worked where I can work and still have fun. It's a place I actually enjoy going into work for and I hope to enjoy working there for a long time coming.
