Samuel's Story
My Name is Samuel Wathen. I attended Mulvane High School from 2008 through 2016. I initially attended the Special Education program run by Mrs. Schneeringer after having attended Heartsprings since the 4th Grade. I loved attending Mulvane High School and had so many great friends. It was always hard for me when my friends would graduate and leave each year. I'm so social and I loved Drama. I was in all the plays from 2009 to 2016. We did some excellent plays like Guys and Dolls, My Fair Lady, 3 Musketeers, Harvey, Wizard of Oz, The Music...Expand for more
Man, You Can't Take it With You, and Then There Were None. I loved being in Drama and in Mr. Mitchell's Advanced Theater Class.
We did work study and I took all of the available modified curriculum classes. I was so fortunate to be able to work at Goodwill for my work study in 2015 and enjoyed spending time with all the great kids of that senior class. Please leave me a note and let me know that you remember me. I will enjoy hearing from all of my friends who have graduated and gone on to adult life. It really was the time of my life.
