Sandee's Story

2016 Update: I went to RPI (now VA Commenwealth) after graduating from Hampton. I met my now husband there my freshman year. He was a senior. He graduated and I transferred to Oklahoma State University. Dale went into flight training in the Navy. (think "Officer and a Gentleman") We were married in Ca. in 1968. We moved to CA when Dale left active duty. My parents had retired there. Our 2 boys were born on CA and then we were transferred to GA. I began teaching group fitness in 1978. I finally had a stage and great music and no need for a dance partner! LOL I also did a lot of craft shows selling personalized, handmade ornaments. In 1983 we had our daughter, Kelli. Our oldest son, Sean is soon to be a full Col. in the Army. His two kids, Colin, 16 and Savannah, almost 15, share the nomadic life that I also lived as a military "brat." My theme song is: Air Force "Brat", Navy bride, and an Army mom and may God Bless America! Our second son, Corey, is a music production engineer and has been teaching for 10 yea...Expand for more
rs at Grayson High School of Technology in Gwinnett County, GA. Our daughter, Kelli, is very involved in conservation of animals and rescue groups. She and her husband live about 90 miles away in Newnan, GA. She stays busy with 3.5 yr old son, Maddox. We moved from our home of 32 years in Marietta to Dawsonville, GA. In 2008. We are now in the foothills of the mountains and are 2 blocks away from the north end of Lake Lanier. I have started teaching fitness again here at the house. I am also into animal rescue. Dale and I have been married for 47 years. He is "semi" retired from Axa-Equitable after dealing with cancer and chemo for the in 2008 and 2009. God gave him a miracle for sure! His experience has caused me to get very interested in alternative and homeopathic medicine. There is so much healing that can happen with improved nutrition! Most of our food industry does NOT have our best interests and well being in mind. It is all about their bottom line! Sorry, I will get down off of my bandwagon now.😊

This was posted on another page. This is wonderful news for people who have cats with FIP:

I posted a few months ago that my sweet boy, Tigger, was diagnosed on May 13, 2020 with a fatal disease called FIP. Unfortunately
