Life
Well, as some of you might have remembered, I married Tom Alger after having our son Michael when I was a softmore & junior. After graduating we had our daughter Regina, our marriage didn't last and we divorced. I've since had another daughter (Heather) and son (Joshua). I moved to Logan, Utah (where I was born) with the kids in 1989 and have been here since.
I met my current husband (Lonnie Hansen) and his 3 kids (Stephanie, Derek & Jami) We were both single parents, so we dated for 2 1/2 years to let the kids get used to the fact that we were going to make this combined family work. We got maried in Sept. '95 and managed to raise the kids so they could grow up and move on with their lives. We lost our youngest son (Josh) in a fire that he had caused, and that was a hardship on all of us, but it brought my whole family closer and we cherish the memories we have of him.
I have heart problems from taking a diet drug which I received a nice medical settlement from the drug company that has afforded us a change of lifestyle. Now since Dec. '06 we quit our full time jobs, are semi-retired doing Campground Hosting and love it. We work seasonally north in the summer and go south for the winter. At least that is our plan, we have recently signed a contract for the winter in a BIG RV & Golf Resort in El Centro, CA. This will be great but we'll miss the kids and grandkids for all the special holidays....Yes, I'm a grama of 11 grandkids; ages range from 10 months to 18 years and we love them all.
