Sandi's Story
What have I been up to....well, let's start with I have four children, 23 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandbaby. And in my spare time I went to the University of Arkansas and earned my degree in nursing. I've been a registered nurse for 24 years and although I can't say I've loved every minute of it, I'm definitely in my element. I retired for almost 3 months last April. I soon realized I wasn't through being a working nurse. I've been back about 9 months, with the same unit. I started back part time and recently back to full time. I have no desire to retire at this time and will probably work as long as I'm physically able.

Arkansas since 1985 and it was the smartest move of my life. I've travelled to San Francisco to a travelling assignment with University of California at SF working in the bone marrow transplant unit there. I was a pediatric nurse for 14 years and even when I worked in the intensive care units and the recovery care units I was always the one who got to take care of the babies and kids. Go figure.
I've had a great life, didn't always make the right decisions but I've lived through the mistakes and am proud of where I am today. If you would like to share your information with me I would love to hear from each and every one of you.
