Sandie has spent her life helping people remove blocks to personal success.
She started out early, in her teens, helping people as a tutor. And although her first career was as an educator, it was always with the philosophy of enabling independence. She has always believed that we each have a "best destiny," the life our essential selves want to live. Inspiring others to learn and do for themselves is essential to her approach to helping others -- whether 2 or 82.

toring the teens that attended The Ross Griffin Resource Center. This center was designed and run by Sandie and her Mom, Barb Ross, for 10 years. It was a one room school house of sorts primarily for homeschoolers, with strong Montessori leanings and a Socratic approach to education.
At the center, each child could learn at their own pace and in the areas of their own interests. The teens, in particular, were mentored by Sandie to believe that anything was possible. Many of these kids came to her significantly below grade level and without basic life skills. They graduated the center with a sense of confidence, an awareness of self, life skills, and a good education. Many started their own businesses even before graduation and the majority successfully went on to college or military service.
It is with this foundation, of education and mentoring, that Sandie has transitioned to life coaching. Inspired by her own "wake up" in her early forties, she understands how easy it is to succumb to the tyranny of the "shoulds and oughts" that incrementally rob us of what we *really* want. Those "everyones" in our head corroborate our fears and anxieties -- making it feel safer to be a part of the pack. Sandie has learned it is by integrating the mind, body and soul that true freedom is gained. Learning to do what is freeing, even when scary, is the keystone to finding your destiny.
Sandie has dealt personally with her own fears and continues to take the tiny steps that move her toward her best destiny.".
