Sandra's Story
Well it has been a long time since Valley. No real complaints though...I have had a good life all in all....
I am now working at a fantastic company/society in Washington, DC...one I know you will all know of. I do Magazine Fulfillment for National Geographic Society...pretty cool place to be...and a job that is tailor made for me...at least the adult me.
Obviously, there has been a lot of growth in that last 35+ years...both personally and professionally.
Personal growth--other then the obvious weight gains that come with years of over eating---I am a much more confident person and really comf...Expand for more
ortable with who I have become. I would have to say I like me most of the time.
I read once that you live your life by idioms and I have...one is: hope for the best and cope with the rest and another is: always leave them laughing... actually my daily goal is to make someone laugh everyday which has not been a big problem for me--and I have not had to fall down a lot to accomplish the goal.
Never married, but enjoy single life. I have enjoyed may of the parenting items via my nieces and nephews and enjoy those folks as adults as well.
Professionally...well NGS says all that is necessary there.
