Oscar is NOT LIKING the Rain. It has been a rough morning for him. I finally gave him some anxiety medicine to calm down.
Oscar is okay, just a small cut on the pad of one of his front paws. He saw a squirell on the patio this morning and hit the window by the front door. The window shattered. Just glad he is okay.
My friend Sally and I enjoyed the Friday evening entertainment at the Amphitheater. The program was a spirit lifting Patriotic Show. Great songs and everyone sang along with the entertainers.
It started raining at 6 am and it is now 10:15. This is the small pond out front. Today is the first of the 3-4 days of rain they are predicting.
Oscar does not like the rain.
Took Oscar out at 5 am and found this on the grass. It is ICE from the water that comes off of the roof. That is the drain pipe on the right.

This young hawk took his prey (a rabbit) up into the tree.
As Oscar and I left to go for a walk some of my neighbors called me over to this tree across the way. This young Hawk was up in the tree with his prey.
