Sandra's Story
In 1959, my parents & I moved to a new housing addition right behind Southeast High school(Philbrooke Manor). I lived across the street from Carol Dalley and Joe Killingsworth. John Hardin also lived in same housing addition. Carol and I started attending SE in 1960. Besides Carol, my other best friends were Janie Jensen, Linda Black, Sandra Hoffman, Jackie Patterson and Connie Lou Wilson to name a few. pep club rallies and also played on the volleyball & tennis teams. Currently, my husband & I now live in Fairfax, Va.(a suburb of Washington, D.C.) But every Thanksgiving, we come back to OKC for a family get together with all my aunts, uncles, cousins and their children. On Thanksgiving Day, my husband cooks Thanksgiving dinner for my parents, 2 grown children and my 3 grandchildren. After Thanksgiving, my husband & I leave OKC for Va. where I work as an attorney and my husband works in computer networking systems.
