Sandra's Story
Aloha from Hawaii! Yes, this Chicago girl gets to live in Paradise and I pinch myself everyday, especially in the winter, that I get to live in this fabulous place. I moved to San Francisco, California when I was thirty, with my two children who were then 12 and 9. There I met the man of my dreams, Dan, and have been with him for thrity years. We moved to Hawaii ten years ago to a very isolated area on Maui, called Hana and we started up a vacation rental business with two oceanfront accommodations called Hana Oceanfront Cottages. We have been blessed with continued success and are ranked the #1 vacation rentals in Hana on Trip Advisor. We have a beautiful condo next to the wonderful shopping mall called Ala Moana and we live part time in Hana and part time in Honolulu, enjoying both the country and city life. If you ever make it to Hawaii please look me up. The photo above was taken at the Hale Kalani Hotel's cocktail bar, one of our favorite places to have a drink and enjoy the sunset. A must do if in Honolulu! My children still live in the San Francisco and I vist them often, especially since I have my first and probaly only grandson, Jaden, who turns one. I love my life and thank God for the numerous blessings in my life.
