Sandra Flanders Waters:  

Married in 1970 to Airman Charles Waters. We lived in Knob Noster, Missouri where he was stationed at Whitman Air Force Base until he went to Vietnam in May of 1971 until March of 1972. We had two daughters. Tina and Sandra. We lived in Poughkeepsie, New York where Charlie attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY, New London, Ct; Washington, CT, Castine, ME, Martha’s Vineyard Island, Bourne, MA and Plymouth, Ma. Tina was married and had two children, a daughter and son. Our daughter Sandy had three sons . She married a man who had a son and a daughter. Together they had one daughter. Unfortunately my husband died in 2012 from a heart attack. We had been married for almost 43 years. He had various illnesses related to Agent Orange. He was a member of the Honor Guard. He is buried at Otis National Cemetery in Bourne MA. One grandson is in the Coast Guard and one Granddaughter is in the National Guard.
