Life
After high school I worked for Bigelow Tea, then an Architectural firm in New Canaan,Perkin Elmer,and an educational firm in Stamford. I met my husband through a friend and we married in 1972 and I moved to Virginia, where my husband lived. I have been an executive assistant for most of my life. I have two daughters, ages 38 and 34 (in 2012)...Expand for more
. I have worked for a major road & bridge/heavy highway contractor in Northern Virginia for the past 23 years. I have been a widow for 11 years, losing my husband to lung cancer. Since my husband's passing I have discovered a "talent" for painting. I work in acrylics; I a small side business of painting pets portraits on wine glasses and canvas.
