Sandra's Story

Hi there, I came to Winston in grade 11 so I wasn't a lifer in Lethridge. I've lived here for 30 years now so I feel like a lifer. I hang around with a few lethbridge lifers. They are Marilyn van Dyk and Colleen Mercer, I still hang out with these two. I also had a good friendship with Carla Hamilton in school we do see each other every now again today. I married in 1982 to Dennis Wade, he lived in Shaughnessy (we won't hold that against him) We have been married for 25 years. We have three children. Chantel and Trevor (18 years old) yes twins. Amber (16 years old)...Expand for more
. Chantel and Trevor graduated from Churchill and Amber is in grade 11. So I have been hanging around the school for the last 5 years. It has been great. Trevor played football and Rugby. Chantel didn't play any sports. Amber does the stats for football and she plays rugby. I work at the College in the Bookstore, so now I am seeing kids come through that have been going to school with my kids. It is funny how the kids are getting older but I don't feel like I have. Oh ya the gray hair is showing (thank God for hair coloring). Well I won't bore you anymore. Take care.
